LEGAL

• All deposits on Engine builds are made NON REFUNDABLE  no exceptions

 

• OLDS PERFORMANCE ENGINES is NOT responsible for engines / projects that are left unattended for 30 DAYS with out payment, and storage fees will accrue on a daily basis.  After 45 days engines / projects will be subject to be sold or auctioned for fair value to cover the remainder of the Invoice

 

• ALL bills will be paid in full, invoice satisfied in full before engines / projects leave the shop

 

• All shipping charges will be customer responsibility, as well as liability through the shipping company.  All engines will be shipped with NO fuel or oil in the crankcase

 

• All prices are subject to change with out notice.  Any special engine parts are at the mercy of the supplier, and shipping.  OLDS PERFORMANCE is not held liable for 3rd party delays.
